Join us for the grand finale of the 2025 IndigenousWays Festival season, a vibrant celebration of Indigenous culture, music, and community.

Set against the backdrop of Santa Fe’s Railyard Park—on the ancestral homelands of the Tewa people—this immersive, all-day gathering welcomes people of all backgrounds to honor the resilience, traditions, and joy of Indigenous life.

Experience the rich tapestry of Indigenous voices through powerful performances, interactive workshops, and spaces for healing and cross-cultural exchange. Celebrate alongside artists, performers, knowledge keepers, and educators from New Mexico and beyond as they share stories, traditions, and visions of hope for the future.

The IndigenousWays Festival is more than just an event—it is a powerful call to community, a celebration of life, and a testament to inclusion. This free, family-friendly festival reflects IndigenousWays’ unwavering commitment to cultural preservation, artistic innovation, and accessibility for all. With ASL interpretation, wheelchair access, and hybrid programming for virtual attendees, this gathering ensures that everyone can participate.

Jacob Shije – Santa Clara Pueblo multi-instrumentalist and soulful singer-songwriter

Ashley “Saywut?!” Moyer – Internationally acclaimed beatboxer, educator, and Hip Hop artist empowering youth through rhythm and movement.

Oriana Lee – Poet, musician, and healer delivering genre-defying performance art.

Shandien Sonwai LaRance & Lightning Boy Foundation – Awe-inspiring hoop dance performance and youth-centered workshop.

Ernie Tsosie – Celebrated Diné (Navajo) comedian blending humor with cultural insights and community healing.

Montana J Miller – Rising Indigenous comic weaving Diné identity, generational wisdom, and youthful wit into his storytelling.

BYOC (Bring Your Own Chair)and plan on participating in a variety of workshops for all that will include, WiseFool, hands-on puppet making, traditional drumming, face-painting, and a collage workshop. We also have Indigenous inspired food trucks, artists, and advocacy booths.

Event is free and family friendly.

  • Hoop Dance Workshop & Performance led by Shandien Sonwai LaRance and the Lightning Boy Foundation.  

  • Traditional Navajo Weaving with Emma Dixon.  

  • ASL & Indian Sign Language (ISL) inclusive workshops.  

  • Creative Circus Workshop by Wise Fool New Mexico—learn to juggle, balance, and explore circus arts.  

  • Face Painting Workshop – Festive fun for attendees of all ages.

Explore a vibrant marketplace filled with food, craft, and community connections:  

  • Delicious food vendors serving Indigenous and locally inspired meals.
